First Response Package
- DFM risk map with manufacturability constraints.
- Critical tolerance, thread, datum, and inspection notes.
- Qualified lead-time assumptions by process stage.
- Quote direction and required clarifications.
Share CAD, drawings, application context, quantity, and timeline. We respond with engineer-reviewed DFM risk notes, quote direction, partner-route assumptions, and qualified sample or pilot-build timing.
Share geometry, drawings, material, quantity, and timeline. We return engineer-reviewed DFM risk notes, quote direction, and qualified sample timing assumptions for complex CNC prototypes and precision hardware.
Broader robotics or advanced hardware manufacturing inquiries still start with CAD, drawings, material, quantity, finish, tolerance, timeline, and application context. Pilot-build or assembly context helps us route the project, but it does not replace the core DFM package.
We publish capability scope, process controls, and acceptance methods, but we do not publish partner factory names or addresses on public pages. Supplier assignments can change by process route and project phase, with Linkup retaining engineering review, progress follow-up, and quality-evidence accountability.
Use direct engineering channels first, then return with drawings when your internal baseline is frozen.

For NDA-sensitive drawings, include your revision ID and target timeline in the first email.
| Required Input | Example | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Current CAD revision | STEP + PDF drawing with critical dimensions | Lets engineering review drawing intent, not only 3D shape. |
| Material + finish | Ti-6Al-4V, 7075-T6, C360 brass, anodizing/PVD scope | Drives tooling path, fixture complexity, and cycle-time model. |
| Assembly interface contract | Bearing fit, sealing face, concentricity/runout limit, or mating-part assumptions | Prevents fast prototypes from failing in assembly or test. |
| Validation method | Leak test threshold, CMM report, balancing tolerance | Defines acceptance checkpoint before sample and MP release. |
| Quantity + timeline | EVT qty, pilot lot, assembly context, annual demand, requested ship window | Separates first DFM response, machining, finishing, inspection, and shipping timing. |
If your current request is raw magnets only, we can keep that scope bounded. If your team also needs faster integration, you can route into turnkey assemblies (magnet + coil + machined housing + validation pack) under the same RFQ workflow.
